| Welcome to the combustion.studios bug tracker! - 2007-08-27 03:17 - admin |
| This bug tracker has been opened to make it easy for you to communicate any problems you encounter whilst using combustion.studios software, or suggestions for improvements or new features that don't constitute a bug. There are two main views you may want to familarise yourself with: View Issues - From here you can see a list of every issue that has been submitted by you, and other users of the bug tracker. You may wish to check here before submitting your bug report to see if anyone else has reported the same bug, in which case there may be follow-up information from combustion.studios including an acknowledgment, and when to expect the bug to be fixed. Report Issue - Select the project you're submitting a bug from. Then, simply fill in the form with as much information as possible. If you are unsure how to fill in any of the first five selections, you may leave these on their defaults. But please remember the more information you supply, the easier it is to identify and fix the bug. This applies to the actual report itself. If you know reliably how to reproduce the bug, you can include step-by-step instructions, especially if it's quite convoluted. Otherwise, a succinct description of the problem is usually sufficient. You do not have to upload a file, but feel free to if you have a detailed error report, or a screenshot which illustrates your bug. If you've logged in as an anonymous guest, you must register (don't worry, it's easy!) before you can submit reports. Finally, your bug reports are greatly appreciated - combustion.studios thanks you for taking the time to submit them. Remember to keep track of the 'My View' page for an overview of the status of your submitted bugs. Thanks! |
